  This company has the absolute worse customer service!! I bought a new store that had Republic service. After calling and emailing for four days, no one ever contacted me. I was always on hold between 20 to 30 minutes and never got anyone. I call their competitor, Triad Recycling and they answer the phone on the third ring. This is what will happen Republic; if you're not here by 5:00 today, we'll take the tractor and push your dumpster into the end of the field and your Triad can install their dumpster. If I treated my customers like Republic, I wouldn't be in business!!! HATE this company!!!
